Foreign Currency. I made her dress by cutting out several of the same Franc image and layering it like ruffles. Her bodice was also paper pieced from the bill, and I also made her a fashionable hat. Of course, she had to be wearing lots of bling as well. I found the quote online, by.... can you believe it...... Bo Derek! Remember her - the perfect "10"? For the background, I stamped lots of things to shop for (dresses, shoes, handbags, sunglasses) randomly over green paper that reminded me of our own currency here in the US. Some Copics, some distress inks, and some bling added on..... of course. :)
Hope you get a chance to play along! I'm back from the beach (Topsail Island, NC) but still finishing up that backlog of work from any vacation.... laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, and oh... did I mention laundry??? Will be crafty soon.... and... I just might have a wee bit of candy in the near future. I think it's about time for some more, don't you? ;)
