I don't text. Now you know how old I am (or... how old I'm
not), LOL!!! This is as close as I come - making a card set from
Cornish Heritage Farms' Life Scrapblock, which releases today. I love to use text on projects, be it vintage book pages, single words, or as in this case, as a graphic element. I also love shabby and vintage styles, so I set out to make a set of cards that incorporated the graphic element of this Scrapblock into a shabby chic feel. All of the stamps used for these cards are from Cornish Heritage Farms, and I mixed and matched Backgrounders/Scrapblocks to use as my "patterned" papers:
Life,
Vintage Chintz, and
Vintage Text. The butterflies are from the
Vintage Butterflies set from the
Saturday Evening Post collection. I already showed you one of the cards individually in
this post, so here are the others:
And lastly, a little pic of the Life Scrapblock in it's entirety:
Lots of great words and phrases that you can use individually in this stamp, too. You can see lots more samples
HERE in the gallery. Thanks for stopping by!
An exquisite set! Love it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Jean! I don't text either. LOL

ReplyDeleteLovely vintage cards girlie! :)
ReplyDeleteThese are stunning. What you have done with the stamps is awesome. They would have worked great for PDCC too!
ReplyDeleteThis stamp is awesome... and I really LOVE the cards you made with it. What a lovely surprise to open the mail and find something like that!
